What to Expect

A 25% non-refundable deposit per week will secure your booking, the balance remaining will be due 12 weeks prior to your holiday. Payment for your holiday can be made by cheque, debit or credit card through our booking system. We reserve the right to re-advertise dates if the balance has not been received by the due date. 

Flights are not included in the price of our villa. 

Airport transfers and car hire charges are not included in the price, however these can be arranged for you at the time of your booking, payment for this will need to be made locally to our agent in Sterling, Turkish Lira, Euro’s, US Dollars or Credit Card. 

A damage deposit of £300 will be required at the time of your balance to cover any breakages or damage caused. This will be held during your stay and returned in full within 2 weeks of your return providing no damage or breakages have been incurred. 

Please do not book your flights until you have received confirmation that the villa is available for your chosen dates. 

(Occupation from 3pm on the first day and vacated by 10am on the last day)

Rubbish put outside will be taken away daily. 

The fresh water swimming pool will be maintained and treated on a daily basis (early morning) the gardener will water the plants each evening.

Suitability

Families, friends and children welcome. 
Pets by prior agreement from the villa owner.
No smoking in the villa (however ash trays are provided for use on the patio’s, balcony’s etc.)
